When I was living in Providence in 1978, I got a piece of junk mail that had on the envelope "No Pens, No Inks, No Mess, No Bother, No Waiting". I immediately thought "this must be an ad for Famous Conceptual Artists Schools". Upon examining the contents, I discovered that it was an ad for some press-on lettering. I then realized that, in fact, there was no Famous Conceptual Artists School and I needed to fill this void. The opportunity came when an Artist's publication Reader's Digestible was being put together by Bob Rizzo. I inserted my ad in that publication. A copy of the ad is below.
